Certificate Program

Pedicure is traditionally a technique used for beautifying the natural nail and cuticle of the feet, the session takes approximately half an hour to perform.

Example of session rates in a Spa

Client Charge: $25.00 - $55.00 CND (depending on session chosen) -Session is anywhere from 1/2hr.-1hr.
Employees wage is anywhere from $9.00/hr. to 50% of session

Time Requirements

In Class Dates: May 06, 2010 Offered once per year
Course Hours: 69 hrs.	Case Studies: 50 hrs.
Homework Hours: 10 hrs.

Canadian Institute of Natural Health and Healing is proud to present this Pedicure course. This Pedicure course is for the student who wants to work in a day spa, cruise ship or beauty salon. As of 2008 we can now offer the Pedicure course separate from the Esthetician program.

For in class students; this is an accelerated Pedicure course. You can e-mail us to see if we have room for part time studies or you can take part of this program by correspondence.

Introduction to Spa

Personal & Professional Ethic

History

Diseases

Natural Nail procedure for Pedicure.

Requirements: Towels and supplies.

Courses also required for the Pedicure certificate: Pedi-care, Introduction to Anatomy/Physiology, Pathology and Business. Current Standard CPR and First Aid are also needed.
