This program is more for preventative medicine/ stress release, circulation improvement and to help bring the body back into balance. This course will not allow you to Diagnose, Prescribe or change a clients medication in anyway.
This is an accelerated program for in class students. Students will complete their 1014 hours in eighteen weeks.
Practicum in: 80 hour practical in a store, center or business of your choice.
Case studies required:(These are 1 hour sessions on friends or family members)
Required - Extra charge: Text Books, Towels/Sheets, Supplies and Folding Massage Table
Funding Available:
*HRSDC (E.I) and First Nations or Métis, fund for Skills Development; students have received grant money for tuition, supplies, lodging and travel. Check locally if you are eligible.
Loans: You will have to request a manual paper application (we are not online).
